The Swans Debutante Program started with the desire to establish something beautiful and meaningful for young ladies in the Inland Empire area. The program was instituted as a means to better our community. The idea was, and still is, to expose young ladies in their senior year of High School to experiences they might not otherwise know.
Traditionally, a young ladies debut into adult society was only for daughters from wealthy families. The aim of our Debutante Program is to bring this event within reach for a majority of young ladies through an organized program.
On an individual basis, the cost of such an affair is prohibitive to most of us, but together (Parents, Daughters, The Swans Club, and the Community) your daughters debut can match or exceed the most elite segment of society.
Since 1960, the Swans Club of the Inland Empire has committed its service to preparing low-income and minority young women for adulthood, by bridging the gap between High School and College.
